Waitemata District Health Board
This employer is currently remediating their holiday pay.
This means they have accepted they have incorrectly calculated annual leave and public holiday entitlements in the past and owe workers money for that.
This usually includes current and former employees back to whatever date they accept liability for - usually at least six years.
This may be a voluntary process or because they were being investigated by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Enterprise (MBIE).
A joint statement by Health Boards and health sector unions on an agreement to remediate holiday pay is here.
Click here to send Waitemata District Health Board a message that you believe you may be owed some money as a consequence of their errors and want to be included in the backpay entitlement.
At the same time you will be sending a message to the government that you believe the government must take action to ensure all workers get the money that is owed to them.
Campaigning to return billions of dollars stolen from workers is an expensive task, and we need your support.Donate to Stop Wage Theft
